This personal data policy is aimed at you who contact us or have contact with us by phone, email, our web page or otherwise provide their personal information to us. The processing of personal data complies with the Data Protection Act (GDPR).

 

The information you provide is collected in designated registers. This can apply to names, social security numbers, postal addresses, telephone numbers, electronic addresses, delivery-, payment- and purchasing information, address-based profiling and the use of digital services.

 

The information is used by us for marketing, delivery of products (goods and services), as a basis for statistics, product development, invoicing and, where applicable, our partners to adjust content, advertisements and offers to your company. The information can also be analyzed and grouped for selection, prioritization and planning of the personal information, so-called profiling. This may also include information we receive through cookies and plugins on our website after consent.

 

Personal data is also provided to authorities if they are requested in accordance with law or in accordance with a special personal data assistant agreement with a supplier who processes personal data on our behalf or on behalf of the customer.

 

Personal information is always saved for a specific purpose and is deleted after a specific period of time, when the business relationship has ended or at your request. You can also request correction / deletion of any incorrect information or request in writing information about the personal data we have stored about you. This is done in writing according to routine. You can also submit a complaint to the Privacy Protection Authority (imy@imy.se) if you believe that the company's processing of your personal data is contrary to the Data Protection Act.

 

To protect and monitor personal data, we have appropriate physical, technical and organizational security measures and routines / training, including appropriate security measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, unintentional loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized distribution or access and other illegal forms of processing.
