Information

The Motorola Mototrbo R7 is a digital communication radio, equipped with market-leading microphone technology and sound quality that makes sure you are heard in all conceivable environments.

Loud and clear

The R7 is equipped with dual microphones and adaptive noise suppression that together ensure clear communication in noisy environments. The radio also uses automatic feedback suppression, to filter out any feedback from other radios nearby.

The "Intelligent Audio" function analyzes background noise and changes the volume automatically so that you can hear every call without manually adjusting your volume.

The new speaker in the R7 delivers a powerfull volume of 102 phons straight out of the box. If needed, you can change the radio's sound profile, which increases the volume to 107 phons.

Built to last

R7 is tested to meet the IP66 and IP68 standard, making it completely dust- and waterproof. The radio is submergible to a depth of 2 meters for up to 2 hours as well as being able to withstand high-pressure water jets from all directions. In addition to its IP rating, the R7 meets MIL-STD-810 requirements, ensuring the functionality of the radio when you use it in harsh environments.

The R7 is also available in a UL TIA-4950 version, so that you can use your radio in explosive environments without the risk of ignition or fire.

Ready for the future

The R7 is future enabled with built-in Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2, making connections between radios, data devices and accessories easy. These modern technologies enables increased bandwidth while reducing power consumption, ensuring that your radio lasts the full shift.

The display model is equipped with a large 2.4" QVGA color screen.

Accessories

There a several types of accessories for the R7, some connecting via its new and improved GCAI mini connector. Bluetooth 5.2 provides a fast and secure connection between your R7 and your wireless accessory.
